Left bike for simple repair. 2 weeks later no call back (as told later cell # long distance and cost too much to call). Repairs other parts of bike not quoted and expected to pay way more than quote. Mechanic was swearing about me while I was on phone. Told cost was so high "because of a little thing called TAXES". NEVER GO THERE FOR REPAIRS! Owner never called to discuss issues with staff.
