Dunn Funeral Home handled the arrangements for my mother when she died suddenly in January 2018. I was underwhelmed by the service provided by the funeral home. No one greeted us at the door when we arrived and the staff member lurked in the background near the end of the wake. I went to visit my mother's grave for the first time on Mother's Day, I had difficulty finding the grave because it did not even have a temporary marker. When I mentioned to the funeral director how upsetting this was, he had replied that they didn't usually provide them, but sometimes did if it was requested. He showed no emotion, no caring and no empathy. I wish that I was able to give the funeral home less than one star. I suggest the funeral director go somewhere to learn empathy and caring.
